The Perfect World Entertainment (PWE) prepaid card may be redeemed at billing.arcgames.com by persons above the age of 13. All use of this prepaid card is subject to use and license terms, available in full at www.arcgames.com. PWE may amend these Terms at any time in our sole discretion without notice. Prepaid cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or used to purchase gift certificates to provide allowance and are not for resale (except where required by law). The full value of the card is deducted at PIN redemption. PWE is not responsible for lost or stolen prepaid cards. The card is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
