Terms and Conditions
This prepaid card may be redeemed by persons 16 years of age and older. Internet access (fees may apply) is required. Acceptance of the NC SOFT User Agreement is required for redemption of the NCoin card and to access the applicable game. Collection and use of personal data subject to NC SOFT’s Privacy Policy. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are available at www.NCSOFT.com. NC SOFT reserves the right to terminate the user accounts without notice and/or to request alternative forms of payment in the event that this card is fraudulently obtained or used. NCoin cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, exchanged, or provide allowances, and are not forresale. If an in-game purchase price exceeds the NCoin amount available to spend on this prepaid card, the remaining balance can be settled via another NCoin card or alternative payment method. NC SOFT is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or use without your permission. The card is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
