Once a Valorant Gift Card has been redeemed, the value of the card cannot be refunded or exchanged anywhere, so it's important to ensure that the gift card is intended for the right person or right region before making a purchase. Please note that ScratchMonkeys does not offer refunds or an exchange program on our digital products, so please be aware that all sales are determined as final.
Valorant Gift Cards are transferable to the extent that they may be given to another person as a gift. However, once the digital code has been redeemed to an account for 'Radianite Points' (RP), the RP can no longer be refunded, exchanged or transferred across accounts, so it's important to make sure that the Gift Card is intended for the right person and in the correct region before giving it away.
Valorant Gift Cards are region-specific and can only be used in the region where they were purchased, so be sure to check your account region before purchase. Currently, ScratchMonkeys only holds Valorant Gift Cards compatible with US and Canadian Accounts only. If you want to use it in another region, you will need to buy a Valorant Gift Card tied to that region.
Valorant Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. They can be redeemed at any time and will remain valid until the entire amount has been used.

Valorant is not available on mobile devices currently, though there are several third-party apps that may allow you to play Windows PC games on mobile devices via remote play. Please note however that these are not officially supported by its developer, Riot Games, so using such apps may not work as well as playing on a supported platform.

Redeeming a Valorant Gift Card credits you with the corresponding value in their in-game currency - 'Radianite Points' (RP). RP can be used to purchase any in-game content from the in-game Valorant store, such as cosmetics and weapons skins amongst the many other Valorant related game items.
